IT Technical Support

Netsol is looking for a technical support engineer, with about 3 years experience, who is comfortable installing and maintaining a wide range of equipment including networking, workstations, printers & peripherals, using both Microsoft Windows and Unix/Linux.

If you are a an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with the right attitude, keen to work hard and excel at customer service, then please urgently send us your CV for consideration.

Please note that applicants should be able to present themselves at Netsols offices in Somerset West for interviews. Reliable own transport is a requirement of the position.

• Computer Hardware (A+/N+)
• LAN and WAN(TCP/IP)
• Microsoft Windows 2000 & XP
• Unix would be useful
• Troubleshooting skills
• Experience working with customers
• Able to work overtime when required
