| Polish Customer Service Host Foreign Language Placements is currently recruiting for an international company based in Johannesburg, South Africa. Our client, an international call centre company, is looking for a Polish Customer Service Agent to service the Polish market for one of their many international clients. Duties: · Responding to customer queries · Processing and taking ownership of all incoming and outgoing contacts in a multimedia environment · Completion of tasks assigned during shift · Customer relationship building and management as well as cross selling of products and services · Problem solving tasks during shift · Handling and taking full responsibility for customer related queries · Excellent time management and adherence to schedule · Performing extra tasks given by managers / shift supervisors as required Requirements: · Fluency in both English and Polish · Literacy in MS Office: Outlook and Excel, and good word processing skills · Strong written and verbal communication skills · Proven knowledge in the application of Customer Services Centre technical systems · Ability to apply new technologies and methodologies · Good client relationship management skills · Excellent time management and adherence to schedule · Willing to work shifts where necessary · Pro-active, organised and strong personal drive Please don’t apply, if you are not fluent in Polish! | |
