Regional Manager REGIONAL MANAGER - HEALTH & WEIGHT MANAGMENT COMPANY!! R12000 DURBANVILLE START ASAP Our client a National Health, Weight & Lifestyle Management Company requires the services of a Motivated Regional Manager to operate in the Cape Region (Table View, Cape Flats, Fish Hoek, Durbanville, Paarl, Somerset West & surrounding areas) • The incumbent must be able to manage and grow profitable business unit through the following: • Must be a motivational leader, and able to get results through people, enjoy building and growing teams. • Must be of a healthy image, and lifestyle. • Analyze critical management reports and identifying key indicators • Must be able to understand and implement budgets by setting daily / weekly / monthly targets • Able to lead and influence field staff to hit Company targets / budgets • Leadership skills • Facilitate and organize marketing and sales activities of the region to meet targets /s budgets • Have experience in performance management • The suitable candidate should have sound knowledge of Branch Management with excellent interpersonal skills. Have facilitating and leadership skills necessary to drive a dynamic team, maximizing performance through understanding the key service drivers. • Must be computer literate and have a reliable car and cell phone. • Must have a Matric.
