Our company now has an opening for a driven and experienced consultant to join our team. We recruit within the engineering industry and would prefer someone with a technical background.
Minimum requirements:

* 2 years recruiting experience within the engineering industry
* Aditional IT recruitment experience would be advantageous
* Own transport
* Technical qualification would be advantageous
* Computer literate
* Excellent typing skills
* Telephone etiquette
* Attention to detail
Responsibilities will include:

* Identify, select and recruit suitable candidates for permanent and temporary placements within the engineering industry
* Database searches and searches on the internet
* Candidate/client liaison
* Typing CV's accurately
* Answering the phone
* Head hunting
* Advertising on the internet (PNet and Redheads' website)
* Updating and maintaining the database
* Scheduling interviews
* Following up on clients and candidates as necessary
* Cold calling
* May be required to perform PA duties on occasion
* Preliminary interviews
* Gain new clients
