German Customer Service Consultant GERMAN Customer Service Consultant Our client, an international aviation company is expanding their team of German Customer Service Consultants. Your job would include travel related enquiries such as general flight reservations, flight changes, fare information and direct sales. You will be required to answer in-bound telephone calls, and handle special service requests as well as occasional complaint calls. These functions are performed with the support of a strong team as well as backed by modern IT information systems. This happens on a 24 hour flexible shift rotation, 7 days a week for 365 days a year. Requirements: • German mother-tongue and fluency in English • Successful completion of secondary education (Matric) • Keyboard proficiency/ computer literacy • Flexibility to work shifts • Exceptional Service and Sales Orientation • Ability to work in a team
