The position will give the candidate an oppertunity to use his/her expertise to:

* Provide a consistent one stop service to clients, branches and brokers
* Underwriting and processing of claims
* Telephonic interaction with clients, brokers, branches, doctors & lawyers

Matric

COP (advantage)

3 years death claims experience

Insurance knowledge

Client services knowledge

Legal & medical knowledge will be an advantage

Good communication skills (verbal & written)

Investigative skills

Time management and planning skills

Well organised

Ability to work without supervision

Conflict handling skills

Problem handling skills

Computer skills

Pro-activeness

Sense of urgency

Flexibility

Eagerness to learn

Ability to speak English & Afrikaans
