Education and Experience
•Minimum Matric
•Must have 3-5 years sales experience in the automotive sector, preferable in the motorcycle industry.
•Must have a valid motorcycle license.
•Must have own transport

Then your Mission would be:
Responsible for the retail and wholesale sales result of dealers within the NC, WC & EC area.

Responsible for business partnership with the respective dealers in all areas affecting sales results, including planning, marketing and promotions, dealer development and budgeting.
Responsible for the dealer achieving sales target and maintaining the competitive advantage of the brand/s.

Responsible for maintaining the relationship between SSA and the dealer.

Key responsibility areas

•Participate in the national sales budget process together with other RSCs, the National Sales Manager and other senior managers.
•Propose and secure sales targets at dealer level
•Monitor sales progress on a weekly, monthly and annual basis per dealer
•Propose and support dealer sales and marketing actions in order to achieve sales objectives
•Advise dealer on basic financial data pertaining to sales and marketing process.
•Coordinate lead generation and follow up for dealers within area of responsibility.
•Coordinates dealer participation in national sales initiatives, projects and events.
•Participate in ad-hoc national sales projects as required
