An established, reputable FMCG Co. requires the passion of an HR Manager for the development & Management of Key HR functions in their Distribution Centre in Kempton Park.

Facilitate human capital performance according to the strategic & operational business goals.
Provide advice & support to Departmental Managers & Executives.
Employee Wellness Programme
Employee Retention Strategy & attract new talent
Performance Management
Act as a change Agent
Best practice management of subordinates
Training and Development
On site IR
Safety and Health Regulations

Formal Education:
Post Grad HR Dip/Deg/Hons or Equivilant is necessary.

Valid EB Drivers Licence
Previous Management Exp.
