This industry leading Digital Marketing Company is looking for a Director Client Service that will fit in well with this young and vibrant group of people.

You will be responsible for successfully servicing the needs of their clients by building and managing an effective Client Service team comprised of Business Unit Director’s, Account Directors, Account Managers and Account Executives.

Requirements
At least 5 years experience in a similar position preferably within the digital industry.

Your success will be measured against KPI’s including, but not limited to, the following:
• Leadership and team management.
• Strategic client management.
• Support/resolved issues escalated by Account Directors.
• Achieve revenue targets from existing accounts.
• Client lifecycle management.

Responsibilities
• Human Resources objectives: recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
• Operational objectives: contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
• Financial objectives: forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Plan objectives: determining requirements; defining, assembling, and scheduling required service resources; confirming costs; defining service measurements.
• Resolve issues by obtaining and coordinating reaction among service areas.
• Increase revenue by recommending new and additional services to client; presenting cost-benefit analysis.
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Service mission: completing related results as needed.
